Quiet Life Yoga is a healing sanctuary. A place of growth, expression and connection. The shala offers a thoughtful and intentional experience for all through the gift of yoga. Reinventing how we weave through life by nurturing the body, mind and soul through movement and meditation.   

Qui-et Life  [verb] 

to make or become silent, calm or still during the period between birth and death of a living thing, especially a human being. 

The stilling and supporting of the body so it may become comfortable. This physical comfort invites the breath to become soft. As the breath softens and awareness of sensation sets in, space is created between the thoughts of the mind. This space, this stillness, is the Quiet Life.
