No electronics in the shala - kindly turn your alerts and notifications to silent.

Please leave all personal belongings in the designated area.

Kindly arrive early suggestion is 10 minutes. This allows time to check in, prepare your practice space and settle into the space of your mat. The door is locked at the start of classes so try to be punctual.

We love connecting with you! Please feel free to chat in the lobby quietly and respect silence in the studio.

Classes are subject to room capacity - max 20 for most offerings. 

Offer yourself the practice of saucha.

Please stay for the whole class.

If you are not feeling well and you need to excuse yourself, please feel free to do so. If you just need some rest before continuing with class, take rest on your mat; your teacher will offer you a restful shape for you to take in these moments.

Things come up - we feel this. To honor others, PLEASE cancel your reservation online so someone that may be on a waiting list can have that spot. Late cancellations and no shows may be charged a drop in fee.

We love kids! However, no children under 12 years old are permitted in class (unless class is specifically for children). Children under the age of 16 must have a parent present with them in class. High School students are able to attend class without a parent as long as a parent has signed a waiver.
