It's about cultivating the opposite of your busy days with the passive practices of yin yoga and meditation. You deserve to feel good. It is what we all truly crave in this life. A sense of feeling safe, grounded and at ease. If you find yourself feeling physically and mentally disconnected, fragmented, overwhelmed or uneased this practice will support you in cultivating space in your day just for you. Because you must take of you first, and from this internal space of you, care for everything external.
