Welcome!
The hardest part is often choosing to begin & maintaining and committing to that choice. The choice to BEGIN is sacred & when you infuse it with intention and sustainability, the beginning becomes its own life force.
Yoga is a non judgmental, noncompetitive activity. It's about connecting to your breath, opening up your body and cultivating mindfulness in your day.
Quiet Life Yoga is an inclusive space and is open to all beings.

This is class is suitable for all levels. It is slow enough if you are new to asana, and is an opportunity to refine your postures, which in itself can be a challenge, if you have been practicing for a while.

Mobility Flow is a combination of vinyasa and mobility practices. You will experience yogic breathing techniques, vinyasa style sequencing with the addition of mobility.
This is a great class to balance any athletic training as well.
This class is suitable for all levels.

Yin & Restorative
These passive practices are exactly what your nervous system is craving. Find stillness and calm in both yin and restorative yoga.
